TERMS & CONDITIONS: * To be eligible for the Student rates, students are required to produce documentary evidence of their status (such as a copy of Student ID card or an official statement on university letterhead). Without this documentation, delegate fees will be applied. Only registration accompanied by the full payment will be considered, registration will be confirmed after receiving the payment. Those who do not receive a confirmation notice before the conference, are requested to contact the registration secretariat at [email protected] The date of payment is decisive for the registration fee. Even if the registration form is received before the early bird or regular deadlines, it will not be considered as early or regular registration if the payment has not been received before the deadlines.

CANCELLATION POLICY

• Full refund will be processed - minus bank charges - 1st December 2024
• Cancellations received in written on and after %50 refund from 2nd December 2024 to 1st January 2025
• No refund on and after 2nd January 2025

By registering for an event, submitting an abstract, reserving a hotel or undertaking any other kind of booking on our website, you are asked for your name and other personal information we need for the service. We use and process these data only for the purpose of answering your requests, for executing contracts that have been concluded with you and for technical administration. Your personal data will be disclosed or otherwise transferred to third parties only if this is necessary for executing contracts (for example a hotel reservation booked with DEKON), for accounting purposes or if you have given your explicit consent.

Deletion of your personal data

Your personal data will be deleted after the expiration of the storage period required by law, statute or contract as far as they are no longer necessary for the performance of the contract. Data not affected by this will be deleted when the purposes described in the consent lapse.
In case a storage period exists the data will be blocked instead of deleted when the purpose of collecting or using the data lapses.
